FWFSA to appear on C-SPAN's
Washington Journal TV program Monday July 14th

FWFSA Business Manager Casey Judd has been invited to appear on C-SPAN's Washington Journal TV program Monday morning, July 14th. The segment on the current wildfire season and other issues will commence with USDA Undersecretary Mark Rey from 5:30am to 6:00am PST followed by Casey from 6:00am to 6:30am.

As you know there has been an incredible amount of press coverage lately, much of it centering around the fire situation in California. Casey has participated in at least a half dozen live radio interviews as well as appeared in a number of newspaper articles across the country advocating the issues facing our federal wildland firefighters.

The point for all to know is that your issues are at the forefront of the Nation's attention. The Washington Journal program reaches over 91 million households. The broadcast is also streamed online at http:www.c-span.org and C-SPAN radio (XM channel 132).

We hope those of you not involved in a current firefight have the opportunity to witness this historic presentation of your issues.
